It’s been a long wait for the second part of “Engineering project made easy”. Hope you have read the first part, If not please read the first part Engineering Project made easy Part 1 and continue to this.
So let's get started, Now you guys have decided what to do and you knew that how you will going to work in a team on a single goal [Single project]. And you know it how you are going to manage it over version control system like git. Now here comes the second part, Divide and plan the tasks.
Like the first part, Here also we will check the new tool to plan tasks for the project. With the tool called “Trello”.
You can create task list over trello boards, Which looks like your TODO lists.
You needs to define your project tasks into more granular level, You can assign the task to one or more project members, and make a track over it.
